Our Leadership

Larry Pereg, CEO

Mr. Larry Pereg is a Business Development and Marketing executive with over 30 years of experience. He has leveraged his marketing background in creating a record of success in jewelry, skin care, cosmetics, fragrances and several other industry sectors. Mr. Pereg began his career in advertising working with major advertising agencies and campaigns, such as Dove soap with Ogilvy and Mather, Post Raisin Bran with John Denver for Grey advertising, and promotional campaigns for the Time, Inc. brands, Time, Sports Illustrated, Money, People, and Fortune magazines. In the 1990’s Mr. Pereg was responsible for bringing “Exotic Gemstones” to HSN and has appeared for the last 20 years as a guest gem expert on all the major shopping channels from HSN, to QVC, ShopNBC, and Jewelry Television, generating over $250 million in sales. Mr. Pereg was also instrumental in the conception and creation of the anti-aging skin care and cosmetic brand “DermaGem” which incorporates a proprietary gemstone infused formulation into its cosmetic products. Mr. Pereg managed, and supervised all aspects of the launch of the Jordin Sparks fragrance “Because of you” from product development to branding, marketing and manufacturing, ultimately winning the Women’s Wear Daily award for the best launch of a new fragrance for 2010. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Pereg has developed a consulting practice offering strategic advisory, business development, and marketing services for clients with innovative and unique products or services.

Jacob Pereg, COO

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin School of Business, Jacob joined an Executive Recruiting firm specializing in financial services. There, he began his career as a generalist financial services recruiter focusing on Hedge Funds, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, FIG and IB. He soon built out a $3M specialty recruiting practice with an emphasis on Private Equity/Venture Capital, Technology and Life Sciences. After 4 years, having developed a network of COI’s within the Private Equity and Venture backed community, Jacob decided to leverage those relationships further and make a move to the sell side of the financial services industry. Jacob joined an Investment Banking firm focusing on strategic advisory and financing of companies with $500M market caps and below. He performed due diligence and raised capital for private and public companies across most industry sectors in the U.S. and internationally. Through his Investment Banking experience, Jacob has developed a profound understanding of what it takes to build a young business steadily by minimizing costs, controlling growth, and strategically managing its objectives.
